Interested in learning more about Reiki to expand your knowledge, or to offer Reiki to yourself or others? Rachel offers two levels of Reiki training to introduce you to the history of Reiki and to learn the Reiki protocols. Classes are offered to all regardless of background, knowledge area, or familiarity with energy healing. A safe space is created in every class, whether virtually or online, to give each person the opportunity to share, practice, and learn.

All classes are offered in the traditional Usui system. Classes are offered in small groups to allow time for practice. One-on-one classes are also available for those that would prefer to learn in an individualized setting. All students receive a learning manual and a certificate upon completion.

Reiki First Degree (Reiki 1)

This class is the foundation for learning about Reiki and how to use its energy to heal yourself and others. You'll learn the history of Reiki, about the chakra system, how to use the Reiki protocols, and some other tips to help you get acquainted with energy healing. You'll also receive four Reiki attunements which will help you connect with the Reiki energy.

This class is offered either in-person or virtually via Zoom. Class time is typically around 6 hours, not including an hour break for rest or lunch.

Reiki Second Degree (Reiki 2) 

This class is an extension of the foundations learned in Reiki I. With this class, you'll learn more about the Reiki protocol, including the Reiki symbols and how to send Reiki long-distance. You'll also receive two Reiki attunements which will strengthen your connection with the Reiki energy.

This class is offered either in-person or virtually via Zoom. Class time is typically around 6 hours, not including an hour break for rest or lunch.
